About Vivian

Bonjour! I’m a dedicated and passionate French tutor currently studying AP French in high school. Having gone through the challenges of learning French myself, I understand the struggles students face—whether it’s pronunciation, tricky grammar rules, or building confidence in speaking. My goal is to make learning French fun, engaging, and stress-free, while ensuring steady progress. I offer personalized lessons tailored to each student’s learning style, whether you prefer structured exercises, conversational practice, or interactive activities. I’m patient, approachable, and committed to creating a supportive environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes and improving their skills.

About the lesson

I believe that learning French should be engaging and personalized. My approach combines structured lessons with real-life practice to help students feel comfortable using French in different contexts. I focus on interactive learning, including conversations, pronunciation drills, grammar exercises, and vocabulary-building activities. I also incorporate fun memory techniques to help retain new words and phrases effectively. I understand the challenges of learning French as a student myself, so I can explain concepts in a way that makes sense. I emphasize pronunciation and speaking confidence, ensuring my students sound natural when they speak. My lessons are flexible, interactive, and designed to match each student’s learning style—whether they prefer visual aids, structured exercises, or conversational practice. Who My Lessons Are For: High school students taking French 1-4 who need help with classwork, exams, or general improvement, beginners learning French for travel, conversation, or personal interest, and anyone struggling with pronunciation, grammar, or vocabulary retention.
