About Marie - Laeticia

Hello and welcome!

I am a native French speaker passionate about helping students achieve their language goals with confidence. I understand that learning a new language can sometimes feel challenging, which is why I focus on creating a positive, encouraging, and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes and growing from them.

My lessons are carefully prepared, organized, and adapted to each student's needs, learning style, and objectives. Whether you are a complete beginner or an advanced learner looking to refine your skills, I will provide personalized guidance to help you progress effectively.

I am committed to professionalism, punctuality, and clear communication. Every lesson is designed with specific learning objectives, practical activities, and constructive feedback to ensure steady improvement. I take the time to listen to my students, understand their goals, and develop a learning plan that works for them.

As a native speaker, I can help you develop authentic pronunciation, natural expressions, and a deeper understanding of French culture and everyday communication. My teaching approach emphasizes real-life usage of the language so that you can apply what you learn with confidence in school, at work, while traveling, or in daily conversations.

Students appreciate my patience, adaptability, and ability to explain concepts clearly and simply. I believe that every learner can succeed with the right support, motivation, and learning strategy.

I look forward to helping you build your French skills and reach your goals through engaging, personalized, and effective lessons. Let's make learning French an enjoyable and rewarding experience together!

About the lesson

As a native French speaker, I create a friendly, supportive, and interactive learning environment where students gain confidence and improve their French naturally. My lessons are tailored to each student's goals, whether they want to improve conversation skills, prepare for exams, succeed in school, or develop professional communication skills.

My Teaching Methodology

I believe that learning a language should be practical, engaging, and personalized. My approach combines:

Conversation-based learning to build fluency and confidence
Grammar and vocabulary taught in context rather than through memorization alone
Pronunciation coaching to help students sound more natural
Real-life situations, role-plays, and authentic French materials
Regular feedback and progress tracking
Customized exercises based on each student's strengths and areas for improvement

I adapt my teaching style to different learning preferences and ensure that every lesson is interactive and enjoyable.

A Typical Lesson

A typical lesson may include:

Short conversation and review of previous material
Introduction of a new topic, grammar point, or vocabulary set
Guided practice through exercises and discussion
Speaking activities focused on real-life communication
Feedback, corrections, and pronunciation support
Summary of key points and optional homework

Each lesson is structured but flexible, allowing me to focus on the student's immediate needs and learning goals.

What Sets Me Apart
Native French speaker with a deep understanding of the language and culture
Patient, encouraging, and supportive teaching style
Lessons fully adapted to individual goals and learning pace
Strong emphasis on speaking confidence and practical communication
Ability to explain complex grammar in a simple and accessible way
Cultural insights that help students understand not only the language but also French-speaking communities
Who My Lessons Are For

My lessons are suitable for:

Complete beginners with no prior knowledge of French
Intermediate and advanced learners looking to improve fluency
Children, teenagers, and adults
High school and college students
Professionals who need French for work or career advancement
Travelers preparing to visit French-speaking regions
