About Yasmin

I’m a French tutor with over 5 years of experience and a Master’s in Bilingual Education with a French Focus in Applied Linguistics. I specialize in creating online lessons that are flexible, engaging, and tailored to each student’s goals. I use technology to enhance learning, including virtual whiteboards, vocabulary apps, and speech recognition tools. These tools make lessons interactive and help students track their progress in real time. My sessions are student-led, giving learners the freedom to explore topics at their own pace while receiving structured guidance. I have experience teaching students across time zones and cultures, adapting lessons to suit different backgrounds and learning styles. I focus on developing listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills while keeping lessons practical and enjoyable. My goal is to help students gain confidence, fluency, and a love for the French language. Learning French can be accessible, flexible, and fun no matter where you are. I look forward to helping you explore the language and achieve your goals with confidence and enjoyment.

About the lesson

My teaching methodology focuses on helping students speak French confidently and fluently. I emphasize speaking speed, response timing, grammar accuracy, and building complete sentences naturally.

I use interactive exercises and sentence-building games to make learning fun while reinforcing core grammar and vocabulary. Lessons are structured but adaptable, tailored to each student’s goals and pace.

I support learners who want to communicate clearly, think in French, and build strong grammar foundations. Practice includes dialogues, role-playing, and timed responses to improve conversational flow.

I incorporate listening exercises, pronunciation practice, and real-life scenarios to make language use practical and meaningful. Feedback is immediate, helping students correct errors and strengthen their skills.

My approach balances technical accuracy with creativity, encouraging students to experiment with words and phrases. Through consistent practice and guided exercises, learners gain confidence, fluency, and a love for French.
