About Appolinaire

Passionate French tutor and certified teacher with over 15 years of experience in language instruction. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education and the CAPES in English, and I’ve successfully supported children, teenagers, and especially adults and professionals in learning French. Whether you're a beginner or advanced, I offer structured, interactive, and personalized lessons tailored to your goals—whether for travel, work, exams (TEF, TCF, DELF, SAT…), or simply gaining confidence in speaking. I’m known for my clear teaching style, patience, and ability to adapt to each learner. You can count on my professionalism, punctuality, and commitment to helping you improve in a supportive and motivating environment.

About the lesson

As a tutor, I focus on a learner-centered approach that blends structured instruction with real-life application. I use varied techniques such as guided conversation, interactive grammar practice, reading comprehension, and writing tasks tailored to the student’s needs. A typical lesson includes a short review, clear objectives, practical exercises, and personalized feedback. What sets me apart is my extensive experience—over 15 years in education—my dual background in French and English instruction, and my ability to adapt quickly to different learning styles. I work with adults, professionals, and students (from beginner to advanced levels), including those preparing for exams like TEF, TCF, DELF, or SATs.
