About Isma
Hi! I’m a native French speaker from France and currently an engineering student.
Having studied in the French education system, I have a strong understanding of the French language and can help students with grammar, vocabulary, conjugation, pronunciation and everyday French.
I also speak English, which allows me to communicate easily with English-speaking students and explain French concepts in English whenever needed.
I am patient, friendly and happy to adapt to each student’s level and difficulties. As a student myself, I understand that some concepts can take time to understand, and I believe there is no problem with asking questions or making mistakes while learning.
Although I am new to tutoring, I take my lessons seriously and will always prepare according to the student’s needs. My goal is to provide a relaxed but focused environment where students can improve their French and feel more confident at school.

I am a native French speaker and an engineering student living in Paris. I offer friendly and personalised online French tutoring for English-speaking students.
My lessons are focused on helping students understand their schoolwork, including homework, pronunciation, vocabulary and test preparation.
Students can bring their lessons, homework or exercises and we will work through them together step by step. As I speak both French and English, I can explain difficult concepts in English when necessary before practising them in French.
Lessons are typically one hour long or half an hour long and are mainly aimed at beginner and intermediate students.
My goal is to create a relaxed environment where the student feels comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and improving their confidence in French.
