About Chloe
I am a native french speaker and I have been a french tutor for the past 10 years. I work around improving the understanding of the language and building confidence to speak French whilst using fun material (litterature, music, movies).

In the first class- we talk about what we are trying to achieve together (exams a holiday coming up, a new work opportunity) and we tailor together what will need to be worked on.
Strong grammar is the base to success I often find and we work together on making sure this is all plain sailing.
I also use fun materials to get the students to practice their speaking and listening skills.
I am really passionate about transmitting the love of the French language and French culture.

Perfect! Chloe was phenomenal - I've never studied a foreign language before, and found it daunting as an adult. She is patient and funny, and within the first lesson I feel I've learned so much. Highly recommend.

Chloe is an amazing teacher. I spoke no French whatsoever when I first started taking classes with her, but she put me at ease straight away and was very patient with me. Her methods are great, she explains grammar in a way that is easy to understand, and somehow even manages to make it fun! I always look forward to our sessions. I would definitely recommend Chloe as a tutor. Merci Chloe!
Chloe has tutored both of my children to Nat 5 level. They both lacked confidence in French (especially speaking) and through a combination of her easy manner and gentle persistence, they were able to gain the necessary confidence and ability to achieve an A. Chloe is a reliable, conscientious and personable tutor and a real pleasure to deal with.
Chloe was my fantastic French tutor during fourth and fifth year of school, during which she really helped me become more confident with my French work. She made the complicated stuff seem so much simpler, and we had so much fun while learning. She's a great tutor and a lovely person!
