About Heidi

I am a certified Adult gerontology primary care nurse practitioner with over 14 years of nursing experience. I have my Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree. I have worked in a variety of care settings, including acute care, primary care, diabetes education. I have been a nurse practitioner in long-term care and have experience in outpatient care.

About the lesson

I am able to teach nursing students at any level. I like to meet the student at their own personal learning level and use techniques that are most beneficial to their learning style. I am able to assist students in developing beneficial study guides and techniques to pass their exams and complete their assignments. I am able to assist with certification exam prep.
