About Colleen
With a strong academic background and nearly a decade of teaching experience, I bring both expertise and a passion for language education to my role as a tutor. I hold a Bachelor's degree in French and Linguistics from the University of Pittsburgh, a Master's degree in French and World Language Education from Auburn University, and a Specialist degree in World Language Education from the University of Georgia. I am AP-certified and have spent the past nine years teaching high school French, during which I’ve helped students of all levels achieve fluency, improve their grades, and prepare for exams with confidence. My deep understanding of both linguistic theory and practical classroom instruction allows me to tailor lessons to individual learning styles and goals—whether you're seeking support with high school French, preparing for AP exams, or building foundational language skills.
