About Mykaela
I am a Singer, Songwriter and Performer. I have been performing for the last 7 years and teaching for 1. I studied a Bachelor of Music, majoring in Contemporary Vocal Studies, with focus on Jazz Vocals, and am currently studying to be a music teacher. In the last 7 years i have performed all over Australia and South America, doing a wide range of different music, from Jazz to Folk to Salsa, and i hope to help my students do the same.

My lessons are based on the learning goals of my students. Each person has a different approach to music, a different understanding of it, and something different to give to music. I work with students to both help them realise and unlock this. My lessons include using instruments, focus on vocal anatomy, jumping around, singing, and shouting, to help students connect with their voices and music as an art.
