Having worked in both team-based and individual sport settings I have experience working with a number of different profiles. I have the capacity to support new clients/athletes from a remote perspective, providing detailed programme over a set period as well as continued support alongside this. Whether you are an athlete, a weekend warrior or a beginner, an s&c coach can help you achieve your full potential and prevent injuries that could derail your efforts.
