-The method I use is a bit more strict and requires a bit more discipline, but that's what people need if you wish to get better at whatever it is you want to improve in.
-I'm much more experienced with folks that want to begin lifting, no matter what shape you are in.
-I make sure you are comfortable with the program and I will be very straightforward with you instead of beating around the bush.
-I am comfortable coaching/training anybody, any ages, any amount of experience.
