About Saranya
Hi! I’m Saranya, a certified 200-hour yoga teacher. I completed my Yoga Teacher Training in 2021 and have been teaching ever since.
I teach Hatha Yoga and Hatha Vinyasa, and what I love most about teaching is seeing students become more comfortable, stronger and more confident in their own bodies.
My classes are friendly, calm and never intimidating. You don’t need to be flexible or have any previous yoga experience — we start from where you are and work from there.
Whether you want to improve your flexibility, build strength, move better, manage stress or simply make time for yourself, I’ll help you build a practice that fits you.

Your yoga practice should not feel like a one-size-fits-all routine.
I customise each 60-minute class according to your experience, goals, body and comfort level. We’ll work through a combination of contemplation, joint exercises, Sun Salutations, Hatha Yoga, Hatha Vinyasa, asanas, pranayama and relaxation.
Depending on what you need, we might focus more on strength and mobility, flexibility, building your confidence with yoga poses, calming the mind or simply giving your body some much-needed movement.
Beginners are always welcome. I’ll guide you step by step, explain the movements clearly and make sure you feel comfortable throughout the class.
Whether this is your first yoga class or you’ve been practising for years, come as you are ; we’ll build your practice from there.
