About Taylor
Hi, I’m Taylor! I’m a passionate yoga instructor with nearly 10 years of experience helping people discover the transformative benefits of yoga and mindful movement.
I earned my 200-hour yoga teacher certification through CorePower Yoga in Atlanta in 2016, where I began my teaching journey. Over the years, I’ve taught a variety of yoga styles, including Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Heated Yoga, and Restorative Yoga, working with students of different ages, backgrounds, and experience levels.
Beyond teaching classes, I’ve also served as a yoga teacher-training lead, helping aspiring instructors develop their teaching skills, deepen their understanding of yoga, and build confidence in leading classes.
My approach to yoga goes beyond physical movement. I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies, cultivate mindfulness, manage everyday stress, and develop sustainable wellness practices.
I believe yoga is for everybody, and my mission is to create a welcoming, supportive space where students feel comfortable, encouraged, and empowered to grow.

My online yoga classes are designed to meet you exactly where you are, whether you’re stepping onto your mat for the first time or looking to deepen your existing practice.
With nearly 10 years of teaching experience, I specialize in Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Restorative Yoga, flexibility, mindful movement, and breathwork.
Each session is thoughtfully personalized to your goals, whether that’s building strength, improving mobility, increasing flexibility, relieving everyday stress, or simply creating space to reconnect with yourself.
My teaching style is warm, encouraging, and intentional. I believe yoga should feel accessible, empowering, and supportive rather than intimidating.
During our sessions, I’ll guide you through mindful breathing, purposeful movement, and modifications suited to your experience and comfort level. You’ll receive personalized attention, clear instruction, and a welcoming environment where you can progress at your own pace.
My goal is for you to leave each class feeling stronger, more balanced, and more connected to your body.
