About Shubhada
Yoga helped me recover from a particularly difficult emotional phase. That is when I decided to do my teacher training. I do not advocate it as a sole healing modality, rather as an adjunct therapy. I want to help people use movement and breath as a tool for healing, and that is why I choose to teach.

All bodies and minds are different, and it’s a process of trial and error to discover what works for each learner, based on their unique goals. This is where I come in - I use my education and experience to cater to your needs. For as long as I can, I will help you grow as a yoga practitioner - and beyond a certain level I will redirect you to a suitable, a relatively advanced teacher. Also, I am a trauma informed person, so I will readjust the practice if anything doesn’t sit well with you. Asanas and pranayama is the focus of my teaching.
