About Stefanie
I am Stefanie, a Yoga Alliance certified and registered Yoga teacher currently living in Barcelona, originally from Switzerland. Moving to Gold Coast in just a bit!
Some years ago I found Yoga as a balance to my daily work behind the screen. Everyday that begins on the mat is a good day. I feel lighter, more balanced and am a better version of myself.
As a yoga teacher I want to share this feeling with you. I combine the creative mind of a graphic designer with a heart for Yoga and specialise in creating dynamic and strong Vinyasa Yoga flows.
I help busy women to use the tools of Yoga to their advantage to improve their daily life and feel more balanced and healthy.
I am always up for a yoga challenge, hike, bad joke or a vegan chocolate cupcake. I can’t wait to meet you!

I teach fun and sweaty Vinyasa Flows with a sprinkle of Yin on top. I teach Yoga because I want you to experience the happiness that a regular yoga practice keeps on giving me.

a. Six pack abs! I want to get strong and challenge myself.
b. Stress relief. I need to relieve anxiety and learn to keep calm.
c. I wish to alleviate sore muscles, stiff joints and recover from exercise.
How often do you want practice? (Be realistic here)
a. 3 to 5 times a week.

What is the most important quality in a Yoga teacher?
a. They are encouraging and inspire me to get out of my comfort zone.
b. They help me feel connected to my mind, body and soul.

How would you like to be treated in class?

b. Held. Nurtured. Spoken to calm. Sometimes sung to like a baby.
