About Agostina
I am currently a medical student and a practitioner of Hatha yoga. I studied at the Mirta de Fussi Institute (Spain 866) Instructor of Integral Yoga and took classes in Hatha Yoga in Harmony (Av. Arijon 2756) for 4 years. This year I took traditional yoga classes from India in SachiYoga plus numerous shamanic and Buddhist meditations.

Anyone can do yoga! I will take care of guiding you in this lifestyle through asanas (postures) and pranayamas (breathing techniques), coupled with meditations and relaxation at the end of the class. Based on a main objective agreed with the student (for example relax) and in order to achieve mind-body-soul harmony. It is not necessary to have any previous experience with Yoga. It would be ideal for older adults to present a medical certificate that enables them to perform Yoga practices. Namaste

Perfect! I've been doing yoga with Agostina now for almost a year and I can't recommend her highly enough. She manages to balance important yoga orthodoxy with creative interpretations that make every 60 minute class fly by. I've done private yoga lessons before with several teachers, in an attempt to get a truly tailored class around my needs, and Agostina has probably been the most attentive/perceptive instructor I've had. It's clear that her experience and consideration combine to create the perfect individual sessions which, over time, culminate in achieving long term goals. In addition to the accolades above, her warm and friendly demeanour also contribute to making the class a safe, peaceful, and enjoyable space.
Perfect! Agostini es super profesional, es una apasionada de la lloga y me encanta su clase. Ella como estudiante de medicina sabe mis problemas y adapta la clase a mis necesidades sin forzarme donde no debe y haciendo que me esfuerze en donde si debo.
