About Famara
I have been a Yoga practitioner for approximately 8 years, I have two years of experience teaching. I have practiced different styles of hatha yoga, I enjoy each of them but my tendency when I have shared my practice is towards more relaxed styles.

I like to share my personal practice, always adapting it to the needs and preferences of those who will receive it. my methodology is quite varied and I can incorporate elements in practice such as supports, mantras, meditation, pranayamas and a Tibetan bowl. My approach is directed to a hatha yoga practice suitable for anyone.
