My methodology is to provide clear and systematic instructions so it will be easy for clients to follow them.
Working on any asana depends on regulating normal breaths and focusing on the approach and experience the little change happening in your body to achieve the unchanged pose.
Every body is different but fuctions of muscles and joints are same. So we practice to understand those movements and experience the beautiful process.
