About Haley
Namaste, I’m Haley! I’m a former pharmacist from the U.S. who traded prescriptions for pranayama. After years in the healthcare world, I felt called to explore deeper paths of healing — ones that address the body, mind, and spirit together. That journey led me to India, where I now live and practice full-time as a yoga teacher in Rishikesh, the spiritual heart of yoga. I’m a 500-hour certified teacher trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Yoga Therapy, with a passion for making yoga approachable for everyone — especially beginners or those new to fitness. I believe yoga is not about how it looks, but how it feels — and my goal is to help you feel more connected, grounded, and empowered in your own body and life.
