I am Tanisha Vij , a post graduate in English who is extremely passionate about yogic practices. My interest both for yoga and teaching brings me here. My skills include time management, precise instructions , yogic sequence designing and interpersonal and communication skills.

About the lesson

I believe in a holistic yogic practice while blending energizing pranayams , effective asanas , relaxing meditations and poweful mudras in a unique sequence. There would be theme based classes focusing on weight management, posture correction, body balancing, stress reduction and relaxation.
