About Lekha
I’m a Yoga Teacher who believes Yoga should feel accessible, safe, and sustainable for every stage of life.
Yoga has been an important part of my life for both physical fitness and mental balance. I regularly ride bikes and trek in the Himalayas, and Yoga helps me stay strong, flexible, calm, and prepared for challenging terrains and everyday stress.
In my 10 years of teaching, I have worked closely with senior citizens and tutored people recovering after COVID, especially those dealing with breathing difficulties, stress, and anxiety.
